A 65-year-old Lake Bluff man was charged with disorderly conduct after police said another driver alleged that the man spit on him during a dispute. The Lake Bluff man denied spitting, but told police he approached the other driver’s window at a red light to yell at him and call him a chicken.

Really, who hasn't wanted to take a nap during their commute?

Police responded to a report of a man lying in the grass at 5:02 p.m. in Lake Bluff. He told police he was on his way to Dolton and had stopped to rest. Police took him to the Lake Bluff Train Depot, from which he took a train to Chicago.

Dealership has hot new car

Lake Bluff police responded to a report of an abandoned white Honda at a BMW dealership. Police determined that it been stolen from the Winthrop Harbor Police Department.
