The Cook County Medical Examiner confirmed at least one fatality in a Thursday afternoon car crash at Dundee Road and Skokie Blvd., the Northbrook Star reports.

It seemed four vehicles were involved in the crash at 3:45 p.m., with one flipped on its side in the aftermath, according to the Northbrook Star.
