Glenview Man Charged with Attacking Paramedic Helping Him

Prosecutors say paramedics found the man, who later swore at them and claimed to be a millionaire, lying in the street in Chicago.

A 23-year-old Glenview man is facing aggravated battery charges after prosecutors say he attacked a paramedic who was trying to help him when he was found face down and intoxicated in the street, according to an article in TribLocal.

Henry N. Taylor, of the 600 block of Raleigh Road, was lying in the street on Chicago’s Near North Side Friday night, the article says. While waiting for an ambulance, he jumped up, attacked the paramedic, who was treated for bruises, swore at others and added in some racial epithets, the article says. He also claimed to be a millionaire.
