Northbrook Blotter: DUI, Pot Possession, Warrant Arrest

Drunken Driving, Possession of Cannabis, Traffic Violations
Jeffrey W. Sprague, 21, of Antioch, and Taylor Bedrosain, 21, of Antioch, were charged May 27 with drunken driving, possession of cannabis and a number of traffic violations, police said. Police said their car just missed a parked squad car, which was blocking the road because of a railroad gate malfunction, went airborne and struck the railroad gate in the 900 block of Dundee Road.
Warrant Arrest

Chris E. Tolbert, 39, of Glenview, was arrested on a outstanding warrant out of Cook County May 27 for failing to pay child support, police said. Tolbert was apprehended in the 2600 block of Quail Lane.
Suspended Driver's License

Zachary F. Berns, 22, of Glenview, was charged with driving on a suspended license and possession of drug paraphernalia May 27 after a traffic stop at Waukegan Road and Kamp Drive.
Battery, Under-Age Drinking
Phillip A. Sales, 19, of Northbrook, was charged with battery and under-age drinking May 31 for fighting with a friend after the two had been drinking in a home in the 1400 block of Shermer Road, police said.
