Domestic Battery
Raji Saleh, 19, of Northbrook was charged with domestic battery May 26 after he got into a fight with his brother over a pack of cigarettes, police said. He was arrested in the 700 block of Greenwood Avenue.

Robert John Giannini, 21, of Glenview was charged with driving under the influence, failure to buckle up and driving without valid insurance May 27 after a traffic stop in the area Landwehr Road and Violet Lane, police said.

Eighteen bags of chips and assorted items were stolen May 19 when someone pulled open a vending machine door in the club house at Techny Prairie Park, 1705 Techny Rd. The machine was located in the club house on the south side of the park. Estimated loss was $36.
