Northbrook Woman Turns Herself In For Battery

The following arrest information was supplied by the Northbrook Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

Vehicular Burglary
On Aug. 17, someone on the 1700 block of Pfingsten Road smashed the rear driver’s side window on a car and took a Coach purse containing about $200.00 and credit cards, according to police.

Battery
Amy Ebert, 31, of Northbrook, turned herself in on a battery charge after an incident on Aug. 7 on the 900 block of Willow Road, according to police. Witnesses told officers that Ebert hit someone two or three times in the back of the head with her fist while the victim sat at a bar, police say.


DUI
On Aug. 14, state police received a report of a vehicle that was driving all over the highway and exited at Willow Road, police say. Officers saw the car, stopped it and determined the driver was DUI, according to police. Officers arrested Robert Zahorik, 50, of Northbrook, and charged him with DUI, police say.
