“Some stuff has tags, some stuff doesn’t have tags,” said Northbrook Community Relations Supervisor Mike Shep. “I don’t know if we’ll ever have the value of the clothes, because they don’t all have tags.”

Shep said Northbrook police seized several bags worth of clothing from the car, although he couldn’t say exactly how many individual pieces there were. The items stolen from True Religion were valued at approximately $2,126, while all together, Shep said the total value of stolen clothing was probably several thousand dollars more.
