On Sept. 1, officers stopped Jargalsaikhan Tsogtoo, 37, of Chicago, near the intersection of Cherry Lane and Landwehr Road, according to police. He was driving with a child on his lap, police say. Tsogtoo was charged with DUI over .08 and endangering the life of a child, according to police.
On Sept. 7, police arrested Sara Huguelet, 31, of Glenview, near the intersection of Lincoln and Angle Avenue, and charged her with DUI and improper lane usage, according to police.
On Sept. 7, police arrested James P. Crane, 20, of Winnetka, near the intersection of Lake Cook Road and Skokie Highway, and charged him with speeding, driving without insurance and DUI drugs, according to police.
On Sept. 2, officers arrested Katherine Reed, 23, of Deerfield, on the 2800 block of Dundee Road, according to police. Officers found Reed in a car with the keys, sitting in a parking lot, police say. Her speech was slurred and slow, and she had trouble walking and following directions, according to the report. Officers charged her with DUI of drugs, police say.

On Sept. 6, an employee on the 800 block of Willow Road parked his car in the morning, and discovered his catalytic converter had been removed from his car when he returned to the vehicle later that day, according to police.
That day, someone on the 1000 block of Willow Road reported their catalytic converter was also stolen, police say.
On Sept. 5, a resident on the 800 block of Western Avenue reported someone entered the residence through an open overhead garage door and took a black wallet containing her Illinois driver's license, a gift card and cash, according to police.
