UPDATED: Police Searching for Two Burglary Suspects

Officers have set up a perimeter in the area of Ash and Peachtree lanes, where a series of vehicle break-ins have occurred.

The Village of Northbrook sent out the following update Monday afternoon:
This morning, a Northbrook Notify was broadcasted informing residents to be on the lookout for two suspects in connection to several burglaries to vehicles in the area of Ash Ln. and Peachtree Ln. The Police Department setup a perimeter and searched the area on foot and utilized a Northbrook Police K9 unit.

During the search, officers did not locate the suspects in the area but did locate additional evidence. Northbrook officers have been working with other law enforcement agencies and have verified information that the suspects are no longer located within the community.

Northbrook police officers and detectives are continuing the investigation which is ongoing at this time.

Northbrook Police are currently looking for two male black suspects in connection with several burglaries to vehicles in the area of Ash Ln. and Peachtree Ln. Police have set up a perimeter in the area.

The first suspect is described as 6ft. 1 in. tall, 175 pounds, wearing a black hoodie, dark colored blue jeans and white Air Jordan shoes. The second suspect is described as 5ft. 10 in. tall, 218 pounds, wearing a black button-up jacket type top with a hood, bright red shirt, dark-colored jeans and Air Jordan Shoes.

Anyone seeing the suspects are instructed to contact the Northbrook Police at 9-1-1.
