According to Lustig, the crash happened around 8 p.m. Friday evening near a curve in Willow Road. Garcia-Seguar, who was heading eastbound, apparently drifted out of her lane before the two cars collided. Her car spun into a ditch just east of Bracken Road, where she had to be cut out of her vehicle.

Willow Road was closed off between Wagner Road and Old Willow Road late into Friday night. The cause of the accident, speed of the cars and whether anything else contributed to the crash is still under investigation.
