Three Men Use 78 Counterfeit Bills to Spend $1.5K

TV Flush
On Feb. 16, a Buffalo Wild Wings employee reported an unknown person pried open the display case housing a flat screen TV above a urinal in the men's bathroom, then placed the TV into the toilet in the next stall, according to police.

Counterfeit Currency
On Feb. 12, three men purchased items worth $1580 using 78 counterfeit $20 bills at the Lord and Taylor on Lake Cook Rd., then returned the items on Feb. 13 to the Lord and Taylor store at Oakbrook Terrace, according to police.

Identity Theft
Northbrook police arrested Delisa Davis, 27, of Chicago, and charged her with using credit cards taken during a residential burglary that occurred on Dec. 8, 2012, police say.
Vehicular Burglary
On Feb. 15, two windows were smashed on a car that was parked on the 2700 block of Willow Rd., according to police.
