And the Winner Of Northbrook's Best Preschool Is...

Northbrook Patch accepted nominations from our readers and then asked you to vote last week. Here's the winner.

Patch asked our readers what you think is the best preschool in Northbrook. And the winner is Northbrook Community Nursery School.

NCNS won with 34 percent of the vote. Little Ones Preschool came in second with 29 percent of the vote and St. Norbert Preschool had 21 percent of the vote.

Congrats to NCNS!

Paige Wenk, NCNS' board president, had this to say about the school:

“Almost 4 years ago when I was looking for a preschool for my oldest daughter, I was looking for a school that offered 3 things: NAEYC accreditation, great referrals, and a place where I could volunteer and be part of the school.  Northbrook Community Nursery school offered all of those and more. With over 60 years in the Northbrook community, it's generational school with a wonderful local reputation. Not only do my kids LOVE to go every day, but I have made wonderful life-long friendships with other families. Now with a daughter in kindergarten, I realize how well she was prepared at NCNS.”
