Glenbrook North Student Earns Perfect ACT Score
Northbrook's Ross Steinberg earned a 36 on his third attempt at the college entrance exam.
Ross Steinberg, 17, a Northbrook resident and Glenbrook North senior, scored a perfect 36 on his third attempt at the ACT college entrance exam, the Glenview Announcements reports.
Steinberg is a member of the Northbrook Youth Commission, a chess player, a member of the GBN math team and the school's literary magazine, the Glenview Announcements reports. He told the Announcements that he used “The Real ACT Prep Guide” to study for the exam, rather than an ACT prep course.
