Northbrook Junior High Art Show At Georgie V's

About 70 NBJH students will display their art at Georgie V's from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on March 1st.

About 70 Northbrook Junior High School students will exhibit their drawings and paintings during the NBJH 8th Grade Art Show at Georgie V’s from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on March 1.

“This is a wonderful opportunity for the 8th grade artists at Northbrook Junior High to showcase their art to the community and take pride in their work,” art teacher Mark Hay said. “I am very proud of the students' effort and grateful to Georgie V. and the Novy Family Foundation for partnering with us to make this happen.”

The show will feature 100 pieces by students in the school’s drawing and painting classes; each student who participated in one of the classes has at least one piece included in the exhibit. The artwork also is expected to be available to view through March at Georgie V’s.

Refreshments will be provided by Georgie V’s. This exhibit is sponsored by the Novy Family Foundation.
