WHAT: The Chicago Curling Club hosts the “Shamrock Shuffle to Copenhagen” featuring Twisted Butter Co-Founder and Chef Jane Johnson who will be dishing up the NEW Twisted Butter’s Portobello Mushroom with Boursin-Garlic & Fine Herb Cheese Chicken Lasagna.

The event proceeds with will be used to support Team USA (Pam Oleinik, Laurie Rahn, Stephanie Martin and Julie Denten) as they go to Copenhagen in April for the World Curling Federation’s World Senior Curling Championships which kicks off on Saturday, April 14th.

WHO: The Chicago Curling Club, organized in 1948, recently celebrated their 60th anniversary. They are a membership organization centered around curling. The club is recognized as one of the finest curling facilities of its size, with four sheets of ice, locker rooms, a full-equipped kitchen, a dining area, and a large social area.
