Zumba® Gold

My name is Erin Cooper and I am one of the local Zumba® intructors here in Northbrook.  I have lived here my whole life, and am currently raising a family with my husband, also a lifelong resident, in the community Zumba® Gold is a lower-impact version of Zumba®.  Same music, same choroegraphy, and some not the same, but taken down for those who are just returning to the fitness world, coming off an injury or just simply want to try the format for the first time.  I have been teaching this class for close to 3 years now and welcome new faces each week.  The biggest challenge in class is trying NOT to smile and have a great time!!  Hope to see you there!  Pass it on...tell your friends.  Find me on Facebook at Erin Mathy Cooper OR Fitness with Erin.  Be sure to "Like" my fitness page!
