Get outside and feel nature!


Today I took a Dahn Mu Do class, our form of martial arts and similar to tai chi. We went to the park to practice because it was a beautiful 70 degree day with some wind and lots of sun. When we were swaying side to side I felt the wind blowing and was able to connect with the energy much easier. We took our shoes off and really hugged  mother earth with our toes. Once we were done with our class we lay on the grass and I was brought back to my days as a child. I closed my eyes and totally relaxed and cleared my mind. Whatever I was doing next didn't matter at that moment, just breathing and releasing.

Just get outside and become one with nature!
