A-1 Car Movers has been working in the Chicago area since 1986, moving customers' cars to South Florida and back. Most of A-1's business is transporting personal cars of Chicagoans who frequent Florida during the winter months, but it also works with auto dealers. There is another terminal for its fleet of auto transport trucks located in Hollywood, Fla. A-1's drivers do their best to complete the transport within three to four days of leaving Northbrook.

After taking my SUV down to Fla. three years in a row they showed up this year to pick up my truck and said they didn't know it was a full size SUV and couldn't help me. My family and I were leaving for Fla in 2 days and they suddenly wouldn't even return our calls. They completely screwed us it is a HORRIBLE company. STAY AWAY!!!! It is hard to even give them one star...
