Went in for an oil change 7 days ago. The manager advised me my coolant was low and wanted to know if he should fill it. I said yes. Today my car over-heated. I went to NTB and they advised me that I had very little coolant and proceeded to add an entire container of coolant. I was also supposed to get a free brake inspection with my tire rotation. When I asked about my brakes the response was, oh, yeah, they were fine. My brakes have been grinding now for 4 days. Crappy negligent service. DO not bring your car here!

I have been taking my cars there for 14 years and have found them to be professional, thorough and friendly. They answer my questions, fix everything I ask them to, and alert me to issues beyond their service. They check my oil and tap off fluids in between oil changes. They have even helped when my license plate was falling off. All free of charge. I trust these guys and will continue to go to them.

1/27/12 Buyer beware! Went in for a standard oil change and 4 days later the "check engine" light came on. Had to take it to the dealership to see what was wrong and it turned out that the hose connected to the air filter was removed during the oil change and not put back in place. Went in and talked to the manager Marshal Williams to see what he would do to compensate me for the $50.00 I had to spend at the dealership to find out what the problem was and he said and I quote "sorry, there is nothing I can do for you." He didn't even look to see who the tech was on the receipt to be sure it didn't happen again to another customer. This guy obviously doesn't care about customer service and quality control. I would go someplace else because this place is a joke.
