Art Post Gallery Invites North Shore Creatives To Submit Botany Magnified Projects
The gallery's Spring Show in April will feature an exhibit showcasing about 80 canvases made by North Shore artists for this project.
Northbrook's Art Post Gallery in Willow Festival invites 80 people to take part in a brand new showcase called Botany Magnified. On Thursday, Feb. 28, starting at 10:30 a.m., artists can visit the gallery and pick up a blank, six inch by six inch, canvas. Only 80 canvases will be available on a first come, first serve basis. Those who pick up the canvas can create a work of art following the theme "Botany Magnified." Any style or medium is acceptable in the project, as long as it's created on the provided canvas. Finished canvases must be submitted no later than 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 11.
