Another snowstorm is headed our way Tuesday and could bring a mixture of freezing rain, sleet and snow. The National Weather Service has issued a hazardous winter outlook for much of the Chicago suburbs and predicts between three to five inches of new snow accumulation in Northbrook. "Heavy snow and strong east-northeast winds gusting to 40 miles per hour, especially on the lakefront, will reduce visibility and make travel hazardous," National Weather Service officials said in their winter weather message Sunday night.
