Northbrook Drunk Driver Ended Up on Police Department Lawn
A Northbrook resident was cited for driving under the influence after driving onto the lawn in front of police department headquarters Saturday night, the Chicago Tribune reports.
On Saturday, March 22, Northbrook police made a surprise apprehension of a drunk driver, after he drove his vehicle onto - and got stuck on the lawn of the police department headquarters, according to the Chicago Tribune.
The article states that Eyal Alima, 47 of Northbrook was cited for driving with a blood alcohol level of more than .08. Alima told police he drove there to file a report regarding threatening phone calls he had received.
